The Sponsor site is www.unlimitedjustice.com and these terms govern that site (“Site”). You agree to abide by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”) and, by accessing the Site you agree to comply with these terms.
Although you can access and read portions of the Site as a visitor, you must sign on to the Site (through Facebook Connect) to use certain Site features, including posting testimonials and videos, and using features enabling sharing of certain information on social media sites. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding the information we collect.
No person under the age of thirteen (13) is permitted to sign on and/or otherwise use the Site. By signing on to the Site, you are representing to Sponsor that you are thirteen (13) years of age or older.
If you sign on to the Site, you agree to do so using your own Facebook user name and password, through a Facebook account which was itself created through supplying Facebook with complete and accurate information. Do not give your Facebook password to any third parties.
If you are both signed in and have completed certain tasks on the Site, you will be allowed to upload content, such as videos and written testimonials. By posting to the Site or otherwise transmitting comments, videos, written pieces, ideas or other information (any such or other form of content which you provide, collectively, “Submissions”) to us, you grant to us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based on, perform and display such Submissions (in whole or in part) in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other provider of the Submissions. You also permit any third-party authorized by Sponsor to access, display, view, store and reproduce such Submissions.
You acknowledge that to the extent that you include personally identifiable information in Submissions, we may republish such information and/or use such information for any legal purpose.
The Site is designed to encourage discussion on topics related to ideas, issues, politics, and activism related to the abolition of school corporal punishment.
All Submissions must be respectful, and shall not in any way harass, threaten or be considered abusive, threatening, defamatory in any way, libelous, slanderous, or illegal.
You are not permitted to use the Site for any purpose other than the intended one. Without limiting the foregoing, you are not permitted to use the Site for commercial use or to post any content that is unlawful, racist, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or harasses particular individuals or groups. You also must refrain from posting Submissions that violate any privacy or other third party rights, including intellectual property rights.
You are not permitted to use the site for harvesting or data-mining, or imparting “worms” to the Site.
Although Sponsor does not monitor Submissions, Sponsor has the right to modify or remove, any Submission that violates the spirit of this Site or these Terms of Use. Sponsor shall have the further right to modify or remove any Submission for any other reason, with or without notice, with or without cause, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Except as used under license, Sponsor’s content on the Site is and remains the property of Sponsor and its licensors or providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and related laws, rules and regulations.
The trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names displayed on the Site (collectively the “Marks”) are the trademarks of Sponsor and/or licensors and suppliers, and others. All Marks are the property of their respective owners.
You may copy reprint, publish, reproduce, or otherwise display materials created by Sponsors only if and as may be expressly permitted by the Site.
The fact that you and/or other users of the Site provide Submissions to the Site in no way shall imply or constitute the approval or endorsement of such content by Sponsor.
In addition to Submissions, some information made available on or through the Site is provided by third parties (“Third-Party Content”). Sponsor does not guarantee the veracity of any such Third-Party Content. The inclusion or appearance of Third-Party Content on the Site does not indicate any approval or endorsement by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims any and all liability that may arise from Third-Party Content.
The Site includes links to other websites and resources. Because Sponsor may have no control over these sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Sponsor provides these links to you only as a convenience.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Sponsor infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The Site is controlled and operated by Sponsor from its principal office in New York City, New York and is not intended to subject Sponsor to the laws or jurisdiction of any other state, country or territory. Those who choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations.
You agree that Sponsor in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Site or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, including if Sponsor believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the spirit of the Terms of Use and/or for any reason otherwise at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. The Site may include inadvertent inaccuracies or errors, or information or materials that violate the Terms of Use. Sponsor IS NOT responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the Site and/or materials or Submissions contained herein. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site, content, services or any linked site is to stop your use of it.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and other expenses that arise out of or from A) your activities in connection with the Site; B) any violation of these Terms of Use by you; or C) any allegation that any Submissions or other materials you or anyone else submits violates your rights or the rights of others.
